On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, the Groton Public Library holds its annual meeting at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing new trustee(s) and voting on the proposed budget for 2013-2014. Polling will be from 7:30-8:00 p.m.
The candidates for a term on the library board are Kristopher Buchan, Sharon Shurtleff, Rosalie Cook, and Linda Bonavia. The budget will be reviewed, and the Library’s past year will be discussed. The trustees look forward to talking with voters.
In order to vote you must be:
* Untied States citizen
* 18 years or older
* Groton Central School District
resident for at least 30 days
